1.The Juice paper gable top carton is aluminium foil carton(for long shelf life product)
This kind of gable top carton is usually used in filling juice. It is normally with a hole and can be capped. It is suitable for hot filled (packaged) liquid products. The products after filling needs inverted sterilizing and spray cooling. The finished products are usually kept under normal temperature, with a long shelf life(normally can be kept 12 months). The carton is suitable for: juice, fruit vinegar drink, milk, cereal beverage, condiment, detergent, powder, etc.
2. Characters:
1).Application: Its suitable for products need hot filling beverage, and liquid products need long filling shelf life, such as sake, condiment and chemical industry products, etc. The finished products are usually kept under normal temperature, and the shelf life can reach 6-12 months.
2).Cardboard structure: Its compounded by 6 layers (PE film+basic cardboard+aluminium foil+PE film).
3).Carton Specification:
a. Standard carton, bottom size: 70mm*70mm ,Carton capacity: 350ML, 500ML, 750ML, 1000ML
b. Mini carton, bottom size: 57mm*57mm ,Carton capacity: 200ML, 250ML, 500ML
c. Large carton, bottom size: 95mm*95mm,Carton capacity: 1500ML, 2000ML
4).Gable top carton package material is sliced carton piece, and don't need big storage house. A middle type
cardboard box can hold about 1 thousand sliced carton pieces.
5).Gable top carton piece don't need washing, which can save a large sum of washing and disinfecting fee.
